What is our Return Policy?

We’ve designed the best rod carrier and case systems from the ground up and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Take up to a couple months to try them out for yourself. If the products don’t meet your expectations, we’ll take them back in their original condition and offer you a refund if returned within 60 days of purchase.

How do I return a product?

Fill out the return form here. You will receive an email with a shipping label to print. Package up the product in the original shipping box, or an equivalently sized new box and attach the shipping label. Drop off the labeled package at your nearest UPS shipping location.

What is the return cost?

We provide a flat-rate UPS shipping label for your return. The flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your final refunded amount.

When will I receive a refund?

Once we receive your package, we will check to ensure it is in the original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7 to 10 business days.

Are Quik-Cast products available in retail stores?

In order to maintain a high level of quality and keep costs low, we only sell directly to customers through our online store.
